Job Details:
Ensure safe collection and shipment of patient specimens in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. You will serve as a liaison between patients, clients, and internal DRUGSCAN employees.
Patient Care. Greet and identify patients according to SOP.
Sample Collection & Shipment. Review test requisition for proper test collection. Assemble equipment necessary to collect specimen. Collect specimens for drug testing according to SOP. Match requisition to collection of tubes for completion. Prepare and package specimens for shipping to testing location according to SOP.
Documentation & Customer Service. Obtain billing and testing information according to SOP. Perform customer service duties to include phone inquiries and patient encounters. Perform daily, weekly, monthly maintenance and quality control of test kits and urinalysis equipment.
Qualification:
1 year of customer service experience
6 months of experience in a clinical setting
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Good organizational skills and detail oriented
Exceptional time management skills
