P>strong>Specialty/strong>: RN Manager/Supervisor - Travel/p> p>strong>Job Details:/strong>/p> ul> li>Make scheduled visits to designated clinics as needed. Li>Observe clinic staff behavior, triage staff phone etiquette, adherence to processes, clinical skills. Li>Lead clinical/triage staff meeting designed to identify challenge areas and possible department improvements. Li>Meet or report monthly with managers and clinic supervisors to review information, make departmental changes as appropriate, and evaluate progress and goals of department. Li>Lead recruitment and onboarding of newly hired registered nurses. Li>Lead annual evaluations and competencies of staff. Li>Lead staff management including counseling, and corrective action plans. Li>Work with other staff including triage staff, giving direction as needed, to ensure appropriate care is efficiently delivered li>Ensure patient safety and quality of care at all times. Li>Safeguard sensitive and confidential company information including patient PHI. Li>Follow all federal, state and company regulations, policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Li>Maintain professional competence and skills necessary to effectively perform primary job duties. Li>Coordinate and maintain office operations to management standards. Li>Establish and maintain effective work relationships within department and company. Li>Must be organized and have good time management skills. Li>Ability to adapt well to changes in workload, work locations and projects. Li>Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with varying degrees of supervision. /ul> p>strong>Requirements:/strong>/p> ul> li>Bachelor of Science, Associates Degree, or Diploma in Nursing required from a state accredited RN program. Li>Minimum two years supervisory experience. Li>Must have worked at least two (2) years in a nursing department and demonstrated excellent teamwork and problem solving skills and ability to identify process problems and solutions. Li>Active Registered Nurse license required. Li>Current CPR certification required. Li>Strong oral and written communication skills required. Li>Must have general proficiency in computer skills. Li>Must possess general nursing knowledge as well as critical thinking, judgment and assessment skills. Li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through discipline.
