Practice Setting: Medical Center

Start Date: ASAP-ongoing

Daily Schedule: 7a-6p | 6p -11p | 7a-7p

Minimum shifts/coverage to be considered: Block schedule preferred, 5, 6, or 7 on /5, 6, 7, off
4 day MDs on days, 1 swing, 1 night

EMR: Meditech

Required Certifications & Qualifications: AOBIM, ABIM, ABFM, AOBFP, DEA/CSR, ACLS, PALS, Flu Shot - Not mandatory outside of flu season, Chest X-RAY - if TB positive, last 12 months or pcp signed clearance form, TB/PPD - clearance -evidence of last 2 yrs clearance (must be dated 365 days apart
